Anita Froneman Physiotherapist has 30 years experience having worked mainly in Pretoria and now working full time in Centurion.

More than 25 years experience, working in private practice and hospital.

I strive to obtain pain free function with a holistic approach, by assisting you to restore, maintain & improve your strength, function and mobility and assist you with pain management.

Each patient is individually assessed to determine underlying cause of your symptoms, your needs and goals. A treatment plan and exercise program is then designed based on these findings.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system, pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger. The craniosacral system is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. CST gently influences & improves the functioning of this physiological body system. CST compliments and stimulates the body’s natural healing processes and is effective for a wide range of health issues associated with pain and dysfunction.

Visceral Manipulation (VM)

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy technique developed by French Osteopath and Physical Therapist Jean-Pierre Barral.

VM assesses the structural relationships between the viscera (organs), and their fascial or ligamentous attachments to the various systems in the body. Strains in the connective tissue of the viscera can result from surgical scars, adhesions, illness, posture or injury. VM assists functional and structural imbalances throughout the body including musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, urogenital, respiratory, digestive, eliminatory, neuroendocrine and lymphatic dysfunction.
